Who Can, Can (Quem pode pode, as the popular Portuguese saying goes) invites you to reconsider what defines good packaging design and reflect on your consumer choices. Alongside a book and the design of a conceptual beverage can, I’ve delved into the psychology behind “aesthetic” packaging—focusing on sparkling water, where the content is essentially the same. So, would you buy it just for its design? This question emphasizes the influence of graphic design and encourages a deeper look at the factors shaping our seemingly unconscious shopping habits. The accompanying website brings together my research and book design, embracing the concept that anything can be a can. Through a fun and engaging approach, the project aims to spark curiosity, inspire critical thinking, and foster a greater appreciation for design in everyday life
